  • A clinical or verbatim seminar is a group learning experience. A student presents a case or verbatim to the rest of the cohort following a prescribed format. “Verbatim” comes from writing what was said in the encounter to the best of the student’s recollection.

The student presenting the case study or verbatim will receive feedback about what the did well, how their gifts were evident in the spiritual care encounter. The student will identify areas in which they have questions about their ministry. The group will also offer opportunities for growth for the presenting student.

There will also be 6-8 hours (approximately once per month) of additional time scheduled with the educator for consultation/coaching one-on-one.
